Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 4.070~32.560 μg/m L, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery rate was 98.02%, RS was 1.02%. Conclusion The method is specific, rapid and simple, and can be used as a method for the determination of content of Euphorbidione B in Euphorbia chamaedii, which can provide relevant basis for the formulation of quality standard of Euphorbia chamaedii. |
